Historical collapse..1874 iron bridge "10th Avenue" washed away.
An historical relic and marker of time on Minneapolis's river of history. The final evidence of the 10th avenue pedestrian bridge, has undergone the tipping point. Where there was an unofficial monumental reminder, now there is the after sight..
Ever so slowly letting the waters take it. Defying gravity, suspending your disbelief! The iconic, last, 10th avenue pier, has finally crumbled into the river.
Recently seen from satellite, it still had enough of a stature to cast a shadow.
